Agreement made this 24th. day of September,
1895, between FREDERICK HOWELL, of the one part and JOHN TATAM of the other part WHEREAS the said John Tatam being in need of money to start business of a butcher and compradors in the Central market has applied to the said Frederick Howell for
an advance of capital The said Frederick Howell haring advanced to the said John Tatam the sum of One thousand and five hundred Dollars for the purpose above mentioned The said John Tatam agrees to give to the said Frederick Howell one half of the nest profits of the aforementioned business as a bonus for the consideration of the advance of capital as aforesaid The said Trederick Howell has no responsibility for any debts incurred by the said John Tatam in respect of the aforementioned business
The said John Tatam being the sole proprietor.
